Her Excellency, the Governor of the Central Bank of Sudan invites qualified entities with the necessary expertise, technical and financial capabilities in the field of providing consultancy services for construction projects (design and supervision) of high-profile projects, to submit their proposals for the aforementioned project. The submission must include the following:<\/p>\n

(a) A comprehensive conceptual design proposal,<\/p>\n

(b) A technical proposal demonstrating the applicant\u2019s technical and technological capabilities and experience,<\/p>\n

(c) A financial proposal indicating the required fees for the design and supervision of the project.<\/p>\n

\uf0a7 All submissions must be in accordance with the details and conditions contained in the contest brochure. Contestant must submit their proposals in both hard copy and soft format.<\/p>\n

The contestant must fulfil the following conditions:<\/p>\n

1. Attach a registration or establishment certificate (business or company) or its equivalent.<\/p>\n

2. Attach a Value Added Tax (VAT) registration certificate or its equivalent.<\/p>\n

3. Attach a copy of the Consulting House Regulatory Council certificate or its equivalent.<\/p>\n

4. Attach a valid tax clearance certificate.<\/p>\n

5. Attach a valid Zakat clearance certificate.<\/p>\n

6. Attach the company\u2019s curriculum vitae, outlining the company\u2019s technical, technological, and human capabilities, along with a recent Financial Capability Certificate, demonstrating sound account standing.<\/p>\n

7. Provide the company\u2019s headquarter address, phone numbers and official email address.<\/p>\n

\uf076 Foreign companies must submit documents equivalent to the information required in the above conditions, according to the regulations and laws governing their work in the relevant country.<\/p>\n

\uf076 Registration for the competition begins on February 8, 2026, by completing the designated form, after presenting an authorization letter from the company, the authorized recipient\u2019s proof of identity and the company\u2019s registration (or establishment) document.<\/p>\n

The competition document could, then, be received during official working hours (9:00 AM to 2:00 PM) at the Bank\u2019s branch in Atbara City. Registration can be completed in person or via email, as per the contact addresses mentioned below.<\/p>\n
